What is myofascial release

Myofascial release is like giving your muscles and the stretchy stuff around them (called fascia) a gentle massage to help them feel better. Imagine if your muscles are like rubber bands, and sometimes they get tight or stuck. Myofascial release is like using your hands or special tools to gently press and stretch those rubber bands, so they can move easily again and you don’t feel sore or stiff. It’s a way to help your body feel relaxed and move more freely!
