Phase 1 | System awareness & assessment

We never start at the pain.

Instead, we observe how your body organizes itself to stay functional, through posture, breathing, gait, pressure distribution, and tension patterns.

These patterns reveal the strategy your body has developed over time.
This allows us to understand the cause, not just chase symptoms.

Phase 2 | Tension release & ground contact (fascia + feet)

Before asking the body to move differently, we reduce dominant restrictions.

Through myofascial release and targeted foot work, we:

  • Reduce excessive tension in key fascial lines

  •  Release joints

  • Shift tone instead of forcing change
  • improve how pressure enters the body through the feet

If the feet cannot manage load and direction, the rest of the structure compensates.

This phase creates capacity for change, not just temporary relief.

Now we teach your body how to support itself from the inside.

You learn how breathing, rib cage position, and internal abdominal pressure work together to stabilize your spine and pelvis naturally.

This is not “core training.”
This is learning how your system organizes itself.

Posture becomes a result, not an effort.

Breath becomes a tool to organise posture, not just to calm the system.

Phase 4 | Movement Integration & Resilience

Once the foundation is built, we integrate it into real movement.

Walking. Rotating. Loading. Training.

We build strength and elasticity so your body can handle life without falling back into old tension patterns.

This is where change becomes durable.
