- Decompress the spine by using it to its full movement potential:
Learning to move your spine properly helps relieve pressure and tension, allowing for natural decompression. This prevents stiffness and enhances flexibility, promoting overall spinal health. - Train movement-enhancing body mechanics:
By training with proper body mechanics, you avoid harmful movements that can negatively impact your body. This helps you move more efficiently in everyday life, preventing strain and injury. - Release tension through movement and active stretching:
Moving and actively stretching your body relieves built-up tension, improving flexibility and reducing discomfort. This keeps your muscles and joints functioning optimally, supporting long-term mobility.
The Body BluePrint – Strength in Motion
HOW MUCH MORE COULD YOU ACHIEVE IF YOUR BODY MOVED AS EFFORTLESSLY AS YOU IMAGINED ?
"I see your passion for movement and adventure, but I also understand the frustration of being held back. This Level 2 program will help you break through myofascial restrictions and trigger points, rebuild trust in your body, and reclaim your strength to move freely and explore life fully."
STEP THREE
Understand spine movement and body mechanics
Daily tasks becoming challenging
“My biggest frustration include not being able to do the things I used to, carrying 2 grocery bags at once, leading to adaptations and increased trips”
No energy, lack of positivity
“The constant tension on my neck and shoulders was draining, having negative impact on my social life, I was seen as the not so fun person to be around”
Slowly losing confidence
“Looking at my body and posture passing a mirror had become painful and frustrating”
I aim to redefine aging, shifting the narrative from a decline after 40 to embracing a new phase of life, energized with fresh perspectives and renewed vision
STEP FOUR
Learn how to address your dysfunctions with movements and breathing
- Bring awareness to dysfunctions, restrictions, and movement limitations:
Recognize and feel areas of your body that are tight, restricted, or not moving properly. This awareness allows you to target and improve those areas for better movement and flexibility.
- Learn new movements to activate muscles and rebalance the body:
You’ll practice exercises that activate underused muscles and correct imbalances, helping your body move more efficiently and reducing the risk of injury. - Discover new movements and explore your body’s potential:
Expand your movement range and explore what your body can do. This helps you unlock new potential and move with more freedom and confidence.
What most people do VS What I offer you
What Most People Do
- Physiotherapy or chiropractor, you get from 5 minutes to 20 minutes of work “hands on you”, working locally where the pain is or going through the same protocol. Going through basic exercises not aiming to correct anything, without any fascia perspective.
- Surgery, as there are no signs of positive result or a very stagnating progress, the next “smart” step is the surgery, which again focuses only on the pain/problem
- Rest, as recovery is a crucial part in the health of our body, resting hoping to get rid of pain is like getting a new loan to pay for your previous one … it is not going to work.
What I offer you (fascia health)
- Open your eyes on a fascia centric approach where you will understand that the body moves as a whole unit.
- Will give you a new reality on what it feels like to have a healthy and strong body and the positive domino effect it will have on your life
- I give personalize routine adapted to your need to make you move more efficiently leading to a more adventurous life, where your body can be trusted.
"I will help you aligne with your values of self-responsability, continuous growth and empower you to explore life without physical restrictions."

CLIENT'S JOURNEY
Arno's work with past injuries and fascia health
Eva's shoulder pain
When I first met Eva, she was like many—active, passionate about life, but silently battling the limitations of chronic shoulder pain. Despite countless visits to traditional health providers and massages, the pain lingered, leaving her feeling frustrated and disconnected from her body.
Together, we embarked on an 8-week journey, not just to relieve her shoulder pain but to reignite her confidence in her body. Through functional movements and a personalized plan, Eva started to see results that went beyond just relief. She began to move with ease, rediscovering her strength, and now feels equipped to embrace life fully—whether it’s tackling new adventures or simply feeling good in her skin.

FAQ
What is myofascial
Myofascial refers to the combination of muscles (“myo”) and the fascia, a web-like connective tissue that surrounds and supports the muscles throughout the body. The myofascial system helps maintain the body’s structure, enables movement, and plays a role in transmitting force and energy. When the fascia becomes tight or restricted, it can lead to pain, discomfort, and limited mobility, affecting overall body function. Myofascial work focuses on releasing these restrictions to improve flexibility, reduce pain, and enhance movement.
What is myofascial releases
Myofascial Release is a manual therapy technique that involves applying gentle, sustained pressure to the myofascial connective tissue to relieve pain, improve mobility, and release tension. This action targets areas of tightness and restriction in the fascia, helping to soften and lengthen the tissue. By doing so, it enhances blood flow, reduces pain, and restores proper function and movement patterns in the body.
What is a trigger point
Trigger Points are small, sensitive spots within tight bands of muscle or fascia that can cause pain, discomfort, and stiffness. These knots often develop due to muscle overuse, stress, or injury, and they can radiate pain to other areas of the body, known as referred pain. Trigger points can limit movement and affect overall muscle function. Releasing these points through techniques like massage, stretching, or targeted pressure helps reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore normal muscle function.
