By the time I found James/ motionline I had already tried lots of ways to fix my plantar fasciitis (was suffering from pain on my foot every day, even on quite days where I havenβt walk much, for more than 1 year). That was basically preventing me to travel as usual, since a normal day walking would come with a lot of pain. I have tried all the exercises from YouTube videos and stretching methods, but no success. After the Body Blue Print Program, I learnt that it has a lot to do with the way I walk and my posture, so we went step by step fixing what was not correct, from the way I walk to the movement of my shoulders. In 4 sessions people already started noticing how my posture has improved and I noticed that [the initial complaint] my foot was way better.
