If there is one rule in life I would always stick to is, never take anything for granted.
Now, I have been realizing myself included (years ago, luckilly) that breathing is a part of our physiology that has been taken for granted.
The potential of quality/conscious breathing and the impact of low quality, constant unconscious breathing is huge and believe me you better be on the positive potential side of life 🙂
