When you come to my studio, I will first listen to your complaints/struggles/cause of stress.
If you feel like you cannot breath with a constant pressure feeling on your chest, this is something I will tackle with gentle movements and breathing.
We will make a routine/program for you to follow in order to help you control your stress, improve your sleeping and get your day started with the right energy.
Tools/How:
I will bring awareness on what you need to pay attention, in order for you to be more conscious about your breathing.
I will give you access to tools, like audio files to practice some activation breathing and also deregulations (to sleep) breathing at home for one month.
We will together get some “measurements” of your breathing to see/analyse the progress from the first week session to the fourth one.
