Transformational breathing is based on the idea that sets of unresolved emotions, negative thought patterns, and trauma can be stored in the body, and could lead to physical and emotional blockages. Through conscious connected breathing, it is believed that these blockages can be released, allowing for greater physical and emotional freedom.
